Francophone Games

From Friday, September 6 2013 to Sunday, September 15 2013

Sport meets culture.

This great sporting and festive event which takes place every four years offers an opportunity for rapprochement and exchange between young people of various Francophone countries.

The most original feature of the Francophone Games is that it combines sport, culture and sustainable development in order to bring young people together around common values.

The athletic feats, and artistic creativity combined with civic engagement among young people makes this a particularly innovative concept. The Games are held alternately in the North and the South of France.

By promoting the originality and diversity of Francophone cultures, they also promote the emergence of young talents on the international art scene. On the sports side, this event helps to prepare young athletes for major international events.
