Every year Nice is transformed into a grand arena for classical music and is full of free concerts!

As the festival's name suggests this event is anything but conventional. Generous in its form and its choices, committed to bringing classical music to all, over a 100 concerts are programmed that attract tens of thousands of visitors each year.

There are several venues around the city offering a rich and varied program that has something for everyone including children - choirs, brass bands as well as symphony orchestras and world class performers.

The festival organisers Christian Estrosi and Nice City Council can be justifiably proud of this achievement. The festival attracts a huge turnout and has successfully met the challenge of making classical music available and accessible to all.
